The Order Fulfillment Officer will be instrumental in ensuring our cherished customers receive their orders accurately and promptly, thereby contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall operational efficiency of Montaigne Place.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and Packing Orders: Meticulously and accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring each package is prepared with care and precision, ready for dispatch to maintain our high standards of service.
Shipping Coordination: Proactively collaborate with various shipping carriers to schedule timely pickups and diligently track shipment statuses, guaranteeing efficient and reliable delivery to our customers.
Order Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all order transactions. This includes adeptly managing customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every client.
Inventory Management: Continuously monitor stock levels to prevent potential shortages and disruptions. Coordinate effectively with relevant teams for timely replenishment activities, ensuring product availability.
Communication: Serve as a crucial link by liaising effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

Qualification: A minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.
Experience: Candidates must possess at least 1 year of proven experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or retail stock handling.
