The Role
As our Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the daily functioning of our foundation. Working closely with our leadership team, you will handle a diverse set of responsibilities ranging from program implementation and stakeholder engagement to digital content creation. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the execution of Foundation programs and community initiatives.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Conduct research to support grant writing, organizational development, and strategic partnerships.
- Draft reports, meeting minutes, and professional presentations.
- Design engaging digital content (flyers, social media assets) using tools like Canva or Pixellab.
- Manage and grow our social media presence through active content scheduling and interaction.
- Document our impact through photography, videography, and basic multimedia editing.
- Liaise with volunteers, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Who You Are
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Organized: You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND.
- Must reside in Lagos State with the willingness to travel within the region when necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an NGO or social enterprise is a significant advantage.
- Basic multimedia skills (photography/video editing) are considered a plus.
