You will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure that service standards exceed client expectations, and spearhead initiatives to expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily cleaning operations, streamline workflows, and optimize staff scheduling.
- Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of cleaning personnel to ensure peak performance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high service standards and brand reputation.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues proactively.
- Business Growth: Manage leads, prepare quotations, and implement strategies to boost client retention and business acquisition.
- Resource Management: Monitor inventory, maintain equipment, and manage operational expenses efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive operational and performance reports for stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience specifically within the cleaning industry.
- Demonstrable success in operations management and effective team supervision.
- Superior communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in essential digital tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
