Role Overview
As the Office Admin / Indoor Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing daily indoor sales activities, enhancing the company’s online presence, and delivering premium customer service. This hybrid role is designed for a proactive NYSC member who is ready to take ownership of customer engagement, both in-person and across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Warmly receive walk-in customers and provide detailed, accurate information regarding the company's product offerings and services.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company's official social media pages and respond promptly to inquiries across platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Content Creation: Develop and share engaging social media content to promote products, boost brand visibility, and drive digital campaigns.
- Sales Conversion: Diligently follow up on customer inquiries and leads to successfully convert them into sales.
- Administrative Support: Maintain neat, accurate records of sales transactions and customer feedback, and assist with general office administration tasks.
- Campaign Support: Assist the team in executing both online and in-store marketing strategies to expand market reach.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- NYSC Status: Must be a currently serving corps member under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme in Lagos.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Digital Savvy: Have a basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation. Proficient use of design tools such as Canva or CapCut is a strong advantage.
- Mindset: A customer-first attitude, with strong organizational and computer skills.
- Location: Applicants must reside in or around Yaba, Ebute Metta, Somolu, Jibowu, or other closely neighboring areas in Lagos State.
