About the Role
As a MOPA Cluster Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our core telecommunications infrastructure. You will be at the forefront of network monitoring, proactive troubleshooting, and technical support, safeguarding critical services that keep millions connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily status checks on the most critical network services.
- Configure and respond to system alerts with urgency and precision.
- Perform daily in-depth network diagnostics, including analyzing logs and monitoring resource utilization (CPU, Memory, Disk, and Traffic) across BSCs, switches, routers, and related hardware.
- Deliver reliable technical support to internal engineering teams.
- Execute live and production platform troubleshooting to resolve complex issues swiftly.
- Collaborate and liaise directly with external platform providers to troubleshoot escalated concerns.
- Handle diverse tasks related to overall network and systems maintenance.
- Provide reliable out-of-hours support on a regular rotating basis.
