We are currently looking for a talented and driven Mid-Level NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the design, development, customization, and optimization of our robust NetSuite ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite solutions utilizing SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x).
• Design and manage custom records, workflows, forms, and fields to meet evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain efficient SuiteFlow workflows and advanced automation processes.
• Develop and support critical NetSuite integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Create and optimize saved searches, customized reports, and comprehensive dashboards.
• Support data migration initiatives, system upgrades, and ongoing release management.
• Troubleshoot and swiftly resolve NetSuite performance bottlenecks and functional issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve business processes.
• Provide thorough technical documentation and support end-user training whenever necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SuiteScript (JavaScript-based architecture).
• ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with core NetSuite ERP modules (Finance, CRM, Order Management, etc.).
• Framework Understanding: Solid grasp of the NetSuite data model and scripting framework.
• Integration Skills: Proven experience with system integrations and modern web services.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Official NetSuite certifications (such as SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer).
• Prior experience operating within banking, finance, or enterprise-level environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
