How You’ll Make an Impact

In this leadership role, you will take full ownership of the product quality lifecycle. You will serve as the bridge between Software Engineering, Product Management, and DevOps, championing a 'shift-left' culture that embeds quality into every stage of development. Your goal will be to elevate the reliability and performance of software releases while fostering a team culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic QA Leadership: Define and implement robust testing frameworks, including UI, API, and performance testing, while integrating these into CI/CD pipelines.
Lifecycle Management: Own the entire defect lifecycle, conduct risk assessments, and establish clear release quality gates.
Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, managing resources, performance reviews, and individual growth plans.
Technical Excellence: Drive root-cause analysis and ensure that every feature meets rigorous acceptance criteria.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities:

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
DevOps Integration: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and database validation using SQL.
Analytical Mindset: A sharp, methodical approach to debugging and problem-solving, with an eye for detail.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams in a hybrid, multicultural environment with a focus on accountability and autonomy.

Bonus points for experience in the energy/utility sector, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), or fluency in French!
