About the Role

As the Manager: Key Accounts, you will be at the forefront of the company’s efforts to grow strategic relationships and enhance the customer experience. You will play a vital role in identifying revenue opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring that DP World continues to deliver world-class logistics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations and ensure client satisfaction remains at the heart of everything the business does.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts to drive revenue and asset utilization.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Lead contract negotiations, rate reviews, and the implementation of strategic pricing.
  • Resolve client challenges and champion continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.
  • Analyze market intelligence and competitor data to refine commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure healthy accounts receivable and collection performance.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong background in commercial operations or logistics. We value professional excellence and are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Membership in professional bodies like NIM, CILT, or NIMN is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial Operations, preferably within the logistics, warehousing, or transportation sectors.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
