Key Responsibilities

As a Loss Control Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our people, assets, and merchandise. Your primary duties will include:

Monitoring public areas and security systems, including alarms and CCTV, to identify potential threats.
Detecting and preventing shoplifting and internal dishonesty among staff.
Engaging with and confronting individuals suspected of illicit activity according to company protocol.
Maintaining detailed incident reports and documentation regarding security violations.
Collaborating effectively with local law enforcement to process and detain suspects.
Assisting in the development of robust security policies to minimize retail shrinkage.
