Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate (NYSC), you will play an integral role in supporting our business operations. Your core duties will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating essential corporate contracts and agreements.
- Providing expert legal advice on diverse commercial transactions.
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal corporate governance policies.
- Conducting rigorous legal research and preparing comprehensive legal opinions.
- Supporting the firm in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
- Managing organizational legal records and identifying potential risks to the business.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- An LL.B degree from a recognized institution.
- Must be called to the Nigerian Bar and in good standing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian corporate and commercial law.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern legal research tools.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
What We Offer
This role is located in Apo, Abuja, and provides a professional environment where you can gain hands-on experience in the intersection of law and human capital management. We offer a stipend of N 50,000 for the duration of your service year.
