The Role

As our Kitchen Auditor, you will be the backbone of our operational integrity. You will be responsible for overseeing the central kitchen, ensuring that every production cycle aligns with our strict SOPs, cost-management policies, and food safety standards. Your work will directly impact our bottom line by minimizing waste, monitoring inventory accuracy, and ensuring that our unique product quality remains unparalleled.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Compliance: Conduct daily audits of production processes, hygiene standards, and recipe adherence.
Inventory Management: Perform daily stock reconciliations, monitor FIFO implementation, and investigate variances between physical stock and digital records.
Cost Control: Monitor ingredient usage, identify production losses, and assist management in implementing strategies to reduce food costs.
Quality Assurance: Rigorously inspect finished products for weight, size, and presentation to ensure they meet our high standards.
Documentation: Maintain detailed audit reports and provide actionable insights for process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess:

A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Food Science, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in internal audit, inventory control, or food production environments (QSR experience is a major plus).
Strong investigative skills and an unwavering commitment to integrity.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
