Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry into fleet management systems and company databases.
Monitor GPS tracking systems and provide actionable reports on vehicle utilization.
Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle documentation, ensuring timely renewals.
Identify and flag operational anomalies to ensure safety and compliance.
Provide essential IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting.
Safeguard company data through regular backups and robust security practices.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our digital operational systems.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess a blend of technical expertise and organizational excellence. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Education: HND or B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, data management, or fleet administration.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications is mandatory.
Added Advantage: Previous experience with GPS vehicle tracking systems or specialized fleet management software.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage strict deadlines and complex schedules.
