As an Inventory & Warehouse Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stock levels are accurate, our warehouse is organized, and our order fulfillment processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize inventory items with high attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records and documentation.
- Participate in periodic stock counts and reconciliation processes to ensure zero discrepancy.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and orderliness within the warehouse facility.
- Assist in the physical movement, loading, and offloading of stock.
- Monitor inventory health, flagging any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to support efficient product dispatch and delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar inventory or warehouse role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking abilities.
- Physicality: Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual warehouse tasks.
- Character: Honesty, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Location: Proximity to Ikeja is essential for ease of daily commute.
