As an Implementation Officer, you will be at the heart of our operations, serving as the bridge between our innovative sales team and long-term customer success. You will be responsible for ensuring that retail businesses successfully integrate the Moniebook POS system into their daily operations. This is not just a support role; it is a critical function that defines the first 30-60 days of a client's journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Excellence: Design and execute tailored onboarding plans that help new customers transition from signup to active, confident usage.
Training and Enablement: Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions for retail staff, ensuring they understand the full power of the Moniebook platform.
Adoption Monitoring: Proactively track usage data to identify at-risk customers and provide the necessary intervention to ensure they reach their full potential.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary guide for our clients, building trust and maintaining seamless communication until the formal handoff to an Account Manager.
Feedback Loop: Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing valuable product insights and feature requests with our internal Product and Engineering teams.

Who You Are

We are looking for individuals who are not only process-driven but also deeply empathetic. The ideal candidate will have:

2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management (SaaS or POS experience is a plus).
A proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field.
A residency within Lagos State, specifically in areas such as Ajah, Ikeja, Surulere, or surrounding locations.
