Role Overview

As the ICT Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our digital operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum system uptime, and implementing robust cybersecurity measures. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who enjoys both high-level system management and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily ICT operations, providing technical support to staff and ensuring infrastructure stability.
Manage networks, servers, cloud services, and general hardware/software maintenance.
Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols to safeguard organizational data.
Maintain user access controls, system backups, and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders on software deployments, system integrations, and various IT-led initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for external technology vendors.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant ICT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux administration, networking, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Development Knowledge: Familiarity with coding languages like Python, PHP, JavaScript, Java, or C# to assist with API management and troubleshooting.
Advantageous Skills: Experience in fintech or financial services is highly desirable, as are relevant professional certifications.
