Your Impactful Role: What You'll Do

As the ICT Manager, Clinical and ERP Applications, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our clinical application systems. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic foresight, and exceptional leadership skills. You will be responsible for:

Leadership and Team Development

  • Spearheading planning and development initiatives to continuously improve Clinical Systems delivery.
  • Guiding and mentoring the Clinical Systems team to uphold best practices, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Leading investigations and resolutions for complex service issues within Clinical Systems.
  • Implementing robust recovery plans for all Clinical Systems to mitigate unanticipated failures.
  • Scheduling and overseeing routine system maintenance to ensure smooth operations without service disruption.

Strategic Development and Innovation

  • Reviewing and maintaining up-to-date policies, guidelines, and SOPs related to Clinical Systems.
  • Ensuring the continuous availability and maintenance of clinical systems through regular updates.
  • Conducting rigorous testing, risk management analysis, and other forms of validation for all new clinical systems.
  • Planning and implementing system enhancements and exploring new ways to optimize service delivery.
  • Providing expert technical and professional guidance on Clinical Application systems.
  • Monitoring service delivery effectiveness and conducting in-depth investigations into complex systems and technologies for fault detection and resolution.

Governance and Compliance

  • Ensuring effective licensing and adherence to all applicable legal requirements for Clinical Application systems.
  • Verifying that system operations comply with relevant legal frameworks.
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring Clinical Application systems personnel achieve necessary compliance standards.
  • Updating Clinical Application Systems-related policies in line with national standards and guidance.

What You'll Bring: Qualifications & Experience

Educational Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is essential.
  • An MSc. in a relevant discipline will be a significant advantage.

Professional Requirements

  • Possession of a professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Evidence of continuing professional and managerial development.

Experience Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the implementation and management of clinical systems.
