As our ICT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our infrastructure, security protocols, and digital systems support our continued growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Leadership: Plan, design, and implement high-performance IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
Security & Compliance: Develop robust security policies, conduct regular audits, and implement proactive measures to protect company data.
Project Management: Oversee end-to-end IT projects, from budgeting and scheduling to execution and stakeholder coordination.
Service Excellence: Manage IT service delivery, provide technical support, and ensure optimal system reliability.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and manage strategic IT partnerships.
ERP Specialization: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP to streamline business processes.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience:

A First degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT strategy, team leadership, and project management.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Cisco CCNA) are highly preferred.
Deep technical expertise in Network Infrastructure, System Administration, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and ITIL frameworks.
Exceptional managerial, communication, and change management skills.
