As a Hub Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding this life-changing service, managing new hub launches, and empowering local teams to achieve operational excellence and financial sustainability.
The Role: Entrepreneurial Leadership & Operational Growth
The Hub Manager at Jaza Energy represents the critical second layer of the front-line leadership team. You will not only oversee the launch of new hubs and shops but also actively drive them toward profitability. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on sales coaching, and strong operational discipline.
Your key mandates will include:
- Driving Hub Growth: Championing customer acquisition and retention strategies to maintain an average of 130 active customers. You will regularly conduct door-to-door sales alongside your team to boost community engagement.
- Ensuring Financial Sustainability: Securing recurring revenue goals, implementing membership renewal models, and transitioning customers from pay-per-swap transactions to valuable monthly memberships to meet targets.
- Coaching & Mentoring Jaza Stars: Leading by example, recruiting top talent, and continuously training team members (Jaza Stars) in sales pitching, objection handling, exceptional customer service, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inventory and Asset Management: Overseeing strict compliance with pack scanning schedules, auditing inventory, and tracking lost/missing packs to ensure 100% operational transparency.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this high-impact role, you should possess:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales, Customer Relations, Entrepreneurship, or related commercial fields.
- Leadership: Strong capability to lead, manage, and upskill teams, with a solid track record of mentoring others.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement corrective strategies.
