The Role: HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and aligning human resource strategies with business goals. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring a hands-on leader who understands the dynamics of managing a modern workforce in the travel and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and highly motivated organizational culture.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Minimum qualification of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree.
