As a Hostel Parent (Male), you will play a pivotal role in the daily lives of our students. This non-teaching position is crucial for maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured living environment within our boarding facilities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing pastoral care, guidance, and mentorship to male students residing in the hostel.
Ensuring the well-being, safety, and discipline of students in adherence to school policies and Christian values.
Fostering a positive and homely atmosphere that supports students' academic progress and personal growth.
Supervising daily routines, activities, and ensuring adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
Acting as a point of contact for students, offering support and guidance in their personal and social development.
Collaborating with school administration, teachers, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
