The Role

As the Head of Corporate Services, you will own the critical support functions that empower the business to thrive. Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts: Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash-flow management while ensuring absolute financial control and transparency.
HR & Administration: Oversee talent management and people operations to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.
Legal & Compliance: Manage the company’s legal and governance framework, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
Procurement & Vendor Management: Drive cost-efficiency through strategic sourcing and vendor relationships.
IT Management: Ensure technology infrastructure and system reliability to support seamless service delivery.
Risk & Internal Control: Implement policies that safeguard company assets and institutionalize industry best practices.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate who possesses 'Startup Energy'—the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building order from the ground up. You should be a senior leader with substantial experience in finance and corporate services, preferably within a premium, service-oriented brand.

Qualifications: A professional accounting, finance, or related qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or an MBA) is strongly preferred.
Expertise: Deep understanding of Nigerian statutory requirements, including tax, pensions, and employment laws.
Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to make high-stakes decisions with the discretion required for a VVIP environment.
