In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our brand identity and amplifying our message. Your compelling visual and multimedia content will directly support our institute’s marketing campaigns, educational programs, social media presence, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, flyers, brochures, certificates, and other marketing materials.
• Produce and edit both short-form and long-form videos tailored for educational and promotional purposes.
• Create captivating promotional videos, course trailers, student testimonials, instructor highlights, and event content.
• Develop dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate our digital presence.
• Ensure all visual outputs strictly maintain consistency with the institute’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos during live events, classes, workshops, and company activities.
• Repurpose existing content into optimized formats for various digital platforms.
• Manage, organize, and archive design files, video assets, templates, and brand resources efficiently.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping updated on current design, video production, social media, and content trends.
• Support the development of interactive visual materials for online courses and learning management platforms.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• A degree, diploma, or professional certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
• A robust and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design and video production skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing suites such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• A strong foundational understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to produce content optimized for diverse social media and digital platforms.
• High creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for visual arts.
• The ability to thrive under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior knowledge or experience in creating motion graphics and animations will be considered a strong advantage.
