The National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA), a prestigious chartered body of eminent credit management elites empowered by law to control, supervise, and regulate the credit management profession in Nigeria, is currently seeking a talented and driven Graphics Designer / Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

At NICA, we preserve, promote, and protect the integrity and interests of credit businesses across various sectors of the economy. In this dual-role capacity, you will be responsible for bringing our institutional vision to life through compelling visual assets and maintaining an active, engaging presence across our digital and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Must be a graduate or diploma holder with a strong academic foundation.
• Possess 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar graphics design and social media management position.
• Demonstrate elite-level proficiency ("first-class guru, not novice or half-baked") in industry-standard tools including PageMaker, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Desktop Publishing.
• Highly efficient in managing and growing various social media platforms.
• Well-advanced in Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of working with high speed, successfully multitasking, and delivering multiple high-quality projects within a single day.
• Truly ready to commit, work hard, and build a lasting career with the institute.

Location and Availability

We are specifically looking for candidates currently residing in the following areas of Lagos: Lekki, Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo Town, Victoria Island, Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, and other locations within easy commuting distance to Lagos Island. Successful candidates must be ready and available to resume immediately.
