The Role

As a Global Test Developer, you will sit at the intersection of psychology, data science, and artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of high-quality assessment products. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate psychometric assessments that adhere to international standards.
Analyze candidate data using statistical methods to ensure test fairness, reliability, and validity.
Integrate responsible AI tools into the development cycle to drive innovation while maintaining human oversight.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Sales, to build scalable assessment solutions.
Manage item banks and maintain rigorous documentation and version control.
Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends in assessment science.

What We Are Looking For

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field with a minimum of a Second Class Upper division.
Experience: 4–7 years of professional experience in psychometric test development or applied research.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or SPSS is essential. Knowledge of CTT, IRT, Python, R, or SQL will be considered a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical prowess, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Desirable Assets: Experience with Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT), online proctoring, or the practical application of Generative AI.
