The successful candidate will oversee all facets of the media organization, with key responsibilities including:

- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day department workflows, optimize resources, and implement performance management systems to guarantee premium content quality and cost-effective operations.
- Financial Management and Growth: Formulate annual budgets, identify new revenue streams, analyze financial performance, and ensure full compliance with financial regulations.
- Audience Engagement: Leverage digital marketing, social media, and data-driven insights to expand audience reach and engagement across all distribution channels.
- Stakeholder Management & Partnerships: Cultivate robust relationships with advertisers, distributors, partners, and board members, acting as the key representative in major industry forums.
- Team Leadership: Nurture a collaborative, continuous-learning work environment, establishing clear roles and performance expectations to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this strategic leadership position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, or any related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years of active experience in media, journalism, or a related sector, with a proven track record of executive leadership.
- Industry Background: Prior experience within the telecommunications, media, and communications industries is highly desired.
