Test Development & Execution: You will be responsible for developing, documenting, and executing comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases for functional, integration, and regression testing cycles.

Defect Management: Proactively identify, meticulously document, and diligently track defects using industry-standard test management tools, ensuring their timely resolution.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage collaboratively with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions.
Comprehensive Testing: Execute various testing phases, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and end-to-end testing, as required by project needs.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, we seek a candidate who possesses a blend of strong academic foundation and practical experience:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline is essential.
Experience: You should have 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Functional Test Analyst or QA Tester, specifically within enterprise software environments.
STLC & Defect Management: A strong, in-depth understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes is crucial.
Tool Proficiency: Practical experience with leading test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or HP ALM is required.
Application Testing: Demonstrable experience in testing both web and mobile applications.
Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and functional workflows, particularly within the financial sector, will be highly beneficial.
