What You Will Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-performance algorithms and system architectures.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets rigorous production standards.
Integrate third-party APIs and complex software components.
Deploy, debug, and upgrade critical financial systems.
Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) while gathering user feedback to drive product enhancements.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you should be a builder at heart with a strong technical foundation:

Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Stack Expertise: At least 3 years of experience with the MERN stack and 2+ years of proficiency in an object-oriented language (Java, C#, etc.).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, ExpressJS, and Git.
Database Mastery: Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and various ORM frameworks.
Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting.
