We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Frontend Engineer (Angular) to design, build, and maintain our high-impact financial applications. In this role, you will craft responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences, collaborating closely with product designers and backend engineers to deliver intuitive financial tools to users across the continent.

What You'll Do

Architect, build, and maintain scalable frontend features for both new and existing products.
Translate complex wireframes and designs into responsive, high-quality web interfaces.
Design and implement advanced frontend architecture and state management solutions for intricate data flows.
Integrate frontend systems seamlessly with RESTful APIs, optimizing data fetching for maximum performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with backend teams on API contracts and designers on flawless UX implementation.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure stellar Core Web Vitals across diverse devices.
Uphold elite engineering standards through code reviews, rigorous testing, documentation, and frontend best practices.
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, and Playwright to guarantee absolute reliability in financial transactions.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
Strong, demonstrable experience with Angular (v19+), specializing in large-scale application development.
Solid expertise using Angular Signals and NgRx Signal Store for advanced state management.
Demonstrated experience in agentic-driven development, with the ability to design autonomous workflows that optimize business processes.
Hands-on experience working within monorepo setups (e.g., Nx) utilizing shared libraries and multiple applications.
Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and Angular Material to create accessible, consistent UI systems.
An unwavering commitment to writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization, web accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.

Nice-to-Haves

Working knowledge of React and modern component patterns.
Proven background in building data-heavy or dashboard-centric interfaces.
Familiarity with secure authentication flows and core frontend security principles.
Experience managing real-time or frequently updating data streams.
Prior exposure to the fintech industry or emerging market financial products.
