Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to conceptualize and build innovative products and features that radically improve user experience.
- Write clean, well-documented code for features, automated tests, and other front-end web and mobile application components.
- Ensure that all front-end web and mobile applications perform seamlessly and reliably across all target platforms.
- Partner with back-end developers to continuously enhance our capability to deliver exceptional front-end experiences.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, effectively motivating, persuading, and negotiating to drive positive project outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer with a strong portfolio of front-end projects.
- Framework Proficiency: Solid, hands-on knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Core Web Technologies: Deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 APIs.
- Styling Expertise: Proven experience styling applications using modern solutions like Styled Components, CSS Modules, PostCSS, Sass, or Less.
- Modern Workflows: Familiarity with git flow, project management tools, unit and E2E testing, build tools, REST APIs, CLIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- State Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex application state efficiently using Redux or Vuex.
