Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Front End (Angular) Developer, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, including:

Developing sophisticated IT software solutions, encompassing both front-end interfaces and supporting APIs and microservices.
Actively participating in and supporting the Agile framework, engaging in all phases from planning and programming to testing and analysis.
Providing crucial Level 2 support for IT software solutions, ensuring their stability and optimal performance.
Engaging in technical workshops and collaborative learning sessions with IT support stakeholders to guarantee the ongoing stability and availability of developed software solutions.
Defining and implementing detailed technical specifications that align seamlessly with business requirements, informed by both company and client needs.
Proactively troubleshooting obstacles and errors, demonstrating the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively in a scalable manner.
Continuously seeking out and implementing improvements to existing processes and development practices to foster efficiency and innovation.
Fulfilling additional tasks and responsibilities as required by direct management to support team and project goals.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

To excel in this role, we require a combination of robust technical expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
A minimum of 4 years of direct, hands-on programming experience in front-end development, specifically utilizing the Angular Framework.
A deep and comprehensive understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
Excellent organizational skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.
Comprehensive knowledge of front-end interfaces and best practices.
Fundamental knowledge base of UX/UI principles and practical experience with user interface design concepts.
Proficiency in dissecting, repairing, and enhancing APIs using the Angular Framework.
Familiarity with REACT tools, including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux, is a valuable asset.
Prior experience within the finance or fintech industry is a significant plus.
Exceptional communication skills and impeccable attention to detail are paramount.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, is vital for effective collaboration.
Successful completion of the compulsory 1-year NYSC program or possession of an exemption certificate is required.
A valid and up-to-date National Identity Card/NIMC slip will be required upon the commencement of this role.
