We are seeking a smart, courteous, and highly organised professional who is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless, positive environment for everyone who walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and professionally attend to all patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.

- Skillfully handle all incoming communications, including phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries, providing accurate information and timely responses.
- Accurately register new patients, diligently update existing patient records, and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all patient information.
- Process payments accurately and issue receipts promptly, managing financial transactions with precision and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists and other clinic staff to ensure a smooth, coordinated patient journey from reception to treatment and follow-up.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A National Diploma (ND), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in any relevant discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service capacity. This experience should demonstrate your ability to manage multiple tasks, interact professionally with diverse individuals, and maintain an organised workflow.
- Healthcare Acumen: Essential knowledge of healthcare operations and patient service. Previous experience within a hospital, physiotherapy clinic, or similar healthcare environment is a significant advantage and strongly preferred, indicating familiarity with patient confidentiality, medical terminology, and clinic protocols.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients, address their concerns with empathy, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and general computer applications. Your ability to quickly adapt to new software will be an asset.
- Organisational Prowess: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, crucial for managing appointments, records, communications, and payments simultaneously without compromising accuracy or service quality.
- Location: To ensure a convenient and stress-free commute, candidates must currently reside in Lekki or nearby areas such as Ajah, Chevron, Ikate, Victoria Island, or Ikoyi.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in a healthcare setting, contributing directly to patient well-being and the smooth operation of a professional physiotherapy center.
