As the first point of contact for clients, the Front Desk Officer plays a crucial role in shaping the first impression of the agency. Key Responsibilities
While serving as the face of Marilla Travels, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming visitors and clients warmly, addressing their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with high professionalism and promptness.
- Assisting clients with basic inquiries regarding travel packages, booking procedures, and agency services.
- Maintaining a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Providing essential administrative and clerical support to the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day office management.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar front desk or customer service role.
- Education: Minimum qualification of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in any relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Must be highly tech-savvy, with comfortable proficiency in utilizing modern office software, email systems, and digital communication tools.
- Location: Must currently reside on Lagos Island or within very close proximity to Lekki, Lagos.
- Key Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional multitasking capabilities, and a polished, professional demeanor.
