About the Role

As the face of Ecofitnesshub, you will be the first point of contact for our members. We provide bespoke fitness services ranging from Aerobics and HIIT to Yoga and specialized sports like Basketball and Tennis. Your role is vital in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, our members feel welcome, and our facility maintains its high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: You will manage front desk operations, greet members, handle inquiries, and promote our diverse range of fitness packages.
Administrative Excellence: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate membership records, processing payments, and managing facility inventory.
Marketing & Social Media: Help us shine! You will assist in creating engaging content to showcase our fitness community on various social media platforms.
Safety & Compliance: Serve as an ambassador for facility hygiene and safety, ensuring all protocols are strictly followed to provide a secure environment for our members.
