The Opportunity: Cultivating Operational Excellence

As our Facility Manager, you will be at the forefront of maintaining the operational integrity and aesthetic appeal of Ace Mall. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of critical functions, including:

Strategic Facility Management: Developing and implementing comprehensive facility management strategies that align with Ace Mall's long-term goals and commitment to excellence.
Operational Oversight: Managing all aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, security systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping, to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
Vendor and Contractor Management: Overseeing relationships with external service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for facility operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices, creating a safe environment for staff, tenants, and customers.
Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and developing a skilled team of facility staff, fostering a culture of proactive maintenance and exceptional service.
