Strategically located in the heart of Omole Phase 1, our three-star hotel boasts excellent accessibility to all parts of Lagos, making it a prime destination for both business and leisure travelers. Our 28-room establishment offers a range of tastefully furnished accommodations, from deluxe executive rooms to luxurious one- and two-bedroom suites, all designed to provide an unparalleled stay.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our vibrant team, someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to a memorable dining experience for our esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle guests' bills and invoices, ensuring a high quality of service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and service supply at your assigned service station for prompt and effective operation.
  • Develop a comprehensive familiarity with all food and beverage items available on the outlet menu.
  • Prepare the outlet for operation, including setting and resetting tables, conducting light cleaning, and performing other assigned tasks.
  • Efficiently take food and beverage orders from guests, actively seeking opportunities for upselling.
  • Utilize the outlet's point-of-sales system accurately as prescribed by hotel standards.
  • Ensure all sales are properly recorded and follow prescribed procedures for ordering, voiding, or correcting items.
  • Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and procedures.
  • Promptly clear tables and remove dirty dishes to the designated dish area.
  • Execute opening and closing duties diligently as assigned by supervision.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in meeting special requests from guests regarding specific food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Adhere strictly to presentation guidelines established by the Management.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, including room service, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy, in line with prescribed service standards.
  • Report to the Restaurant Supervisor at the start of each shift to receive instructions, side duties, floor assignments, menu changes, and to relay guest comments and complaints.
  • Accurately accomplish and forward captain's order slips to the kitchen for food orders and to the supervisor for drinks, or manage this process efficiently and correctly.
  • Familiarize yourself with all menu items, promotional offers, and daily specials, including ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation, to maximize guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of an SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination).
  • Candidates must reside within the Akute, Ojodu, Ikeja, Agege, or Ogba axis to ensure convenient commute and availability.
