Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs to enhance system functionality.
- Proactively troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and system monitoring.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards through code reviews and documentation.
Requirements & Competencies
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks like .NET, Node.js, React, or Laravel.
- Solid foundation in RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
Added Advantages: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices will set you apart.
