To support our leadership and operations, we are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Executive Driver to join our team in Abuja.
About the Role
As the Executive Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation services for our executives and esteemed guests. This role demands a high level of professionalism, absolute discretion, strict punctuality, and an intimate familiarity with the Abuja road networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secure, smooth, and timely transportation for executives and authorized personnel.
- Plan travel routes efficiently, taking into consideration traffic conditions, road safety, and schedule requirements.
- Ensure company vehicles are maintained in pristine condition, conducting routine checks on oil, water, battery, and tires.
- Coordinate regular vehicle servicing, cleaning, and necessary repairs promptly.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all passenger conversations and company business.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs for fuel, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
- Uphold Polo Residences' corporate image through professional attire, courteous demeanor, and impeccable road etiquette at all times.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven professional driving experience, preferably as an executive or corporate driver.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of Abuja road networks, routes, and traffic laws.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional time-management skills with a strong emphasis on punctuality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks.
