The Role
As our Errand / Messenger Girl, you will play a vital support role in ensuring the daily operations of our office run smoothly. You will be the point person for logistics and procurement, ensuring our staff has exactly what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistical Support: Facilitate the efficient movement of documents, packages, and equipment from one location to another.
- Procurement: Take responsibility for purchasing office supplies, refreshments, and any other necessary items requested by staff members to maintain productivity.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of an OND or SSCE qualification in any related field.
- Soft Skills: Must be highly active, energetic, and possess excellent listening skills to ensure instructions are followed accurately and promptly.
