- Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring that all service levels meet our rigorous organizational standards.
- Oversee occupancy planning and resident welfare, ensuring a high-quality living environment for employees and visitors.
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, identifying cost-optimization strategies without compromising quality.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and performance metrics for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a strong advantage.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of managing camp operations in remote industrial environments like Power, Oil & Gas, or Mining.
- Expertise in contractor management, budget oversight, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software.
- Flexibility and readiness to work in remote site locations.
