As a Dispatch Rider, your daily tasks will include:
- Promptly picking up and delivering a diverse range of packages to designated locations within the bustling city of Lagos.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all items, prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all deliveries and, where applicable, processing payments with precision.
- Regularly inspecting and maintaining your assigned motorcycle to guarantee it remains in optimal working condition, ensuring safety and reliability.
- Strictly adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe transit during every delivery.
- Promptly reporting any delivery-related issues, potential delays, or vehicle maintenance requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of SSCE/OND qualification, demonstrating foundational educational attainment.
- A valid Rider’s Permit and a current Lagos State Driver’s License, essential for legal and safe operation.
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a dispatch rider, highlighting your practical expertise in the field.
- An excellent knowledge of Lagos routes and its intricate road network, crucial for efficient navigation and timely deliveries.
