Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies while keeping maintenance records organized.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Provide technical support to other departments as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for candidates who possess both technical expertise and a service-oriented mindset:
- Education: OND, HND, or relevant vocational/technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in hotel or facility maintenance is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues independently and efficiently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and working in diverse conditions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
