The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Store Officer to join our team in Deidei, Abuja. This role is pivotal to our supply chain, as you will be responsible for the seamless management of raw materials, tools, and finished products. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring our manufacturing processes remain efficient through precise inventory control and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management & Stock Control: Maintain precise records, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile physical inventory against ERP data.
- Store Operations: Oversee the end-to-end process of receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring optimal material organization.
- ERP Data Entry: Utilize ERP software to update stock records and generate detailed activity and usage reports.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and material handling to prevent damage or deterioration of assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support organizational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Age requirement: 25 – 35 years old.
