The Role

As a Data Entry Officer, you will serve as the backbone of our Moniebook platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer accounts, product catalogs, and inventory records are flawlessly maintained. By working closely with our Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers, you will enable our retail customers to experience seamless 'go-lives' and reliable operations from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Accurately input and maintain merchant data, including SKUs, pricing, and inventory levels.
Support & Onboarding: Prepare merchant accounts by populating data ahead of onboarding timelines.
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous data validation to eliminate duplicates, identify anomalies, and ensure consistency across systems.
Collaboration: Act as a key resource for internal teams, fulfilling ad-hoc data requests and contributing to operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For

We value precision and proactive problem-solving. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

1-3 years of experience in data operations, preferably within fintech, retail tech, or SaaS.
High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and complex formulas).
Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining a 99%+ accuracy rate.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Residence in Chikun, Kaduna.
