The Pre-Sales Engineer serves as the vital bridge between complex technical infrastructure and client business needs. Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Develop tailored architectures and comprehensive technical proposals that address specific client challenges.
Client Engagement: Lead product demonstrations and articulate technical value propositions to stakeholders ranging from IT managers to C-suite executives.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales department to validate technical requirements and contribute to winning bids and RFPs.
Market Alignment: Maintain a pulse on the latest trends in cloud, hosting, and network infrastructure to keep our service offerings competitive.
Project Handovers: Facilitate seamless transitions from the sales phase to implementation, ensuring the delivery team is fully briefed on project scope and requirements.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate who combines deep technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen. The ideal applicant will possess:

3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within the enterprise/B2B space.
Solid understanding of networking (VPNs, MPLS, Routing) and infrastructure (Servers, Storage).
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
