Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and speed.
- Educate clients on our suite of products and services to ensure they get the maximum value from our solutions.
- Maintain and update accurate customer databases and records.
- Manage customer orders, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Generate periodic reports to help the management team improve our service delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–5 years of relevant customer service experience. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, quick problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
