Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and speed.
Educate clients on our suite of products and services to ensure they get the maximum value from our solutions.
Maintain and update accurate customer databases and records.
Manage customer orders, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Generate periodic reports to help the management team improve our service delivery.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
Experience: 1–5 years of relevant customer service experience. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are highly encouraged to apply.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, quick problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
