Job Responsibilities
As the Customer Experience Officer, you will be the face of the brand and the primary point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional end-to-end customer service and travel consultation.
- Managing client inquiries regarding flight bookings, visa procedures, and luxury vacation packages.
- Resolving client complaints or issues promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer journey.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve services.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer experience or customer service role, with a proven and verifiable track record.
- Education: Minimum qualification of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- Skills: Must be highly tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing travel management systems, CRM tools, and modern communication applications.
- Location: Candidates must reside on Lagos Island or within very close proximity to Lekki.
