Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Cashier, you will be the face of our company, responsible for maintaining excellent service standards and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Your core duties will include:
- Communication Excellence: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person interactions.
- Order Management: Confirming orders, verifying item availability, and meticulously logging all transactions to ensure timely dispatch.
- Relationship Management: Working closely with the Managing Director to nurture relationships with direct buyers and repeat clients.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborating with our warehouse and logistics departments to track orders and provide accurate delivery timelines to customers.
- Conflict Resolution: Handling customer complaints with professionalism, recording resolutions, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Maintaining an organized database of customer preferences and purchase histories, while providing insights to the marketing team for business growth.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Possess an OND or HND qualification.
- Have 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
