Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and implement comprehensive compliance policies, processes, and operational mechanisms that align with global best practices and local regulatory requirements.
Strategically integrate compliance requirements into all facets of ICT business operations, including sales strategies, project delivery, procurement processes, and government relations.
Proactively identify, thoroughly assess, and effectively mitigate compliance risks across the organization, supporting robust and sustainable business growth.
Strengthen and consistently maintain the organization's compliance accountability framework, fostering a culture of responsibility and ethical conduct.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who meets the following criteria:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in compliance, legal, contract & commercial management, quality operations, or broader business management.
A solid understanding of ICT business operations and telecommunications infrastructure will be considered a significant advantage.
Prior experience in multinational corporations, the telecommunications industry, or large Nigerian enterprises is highly preferred, demonstrating adaptability and exposure to complex environments.
Possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and proven expertise in stakeholder management.
