The Opportunity: Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and implement comprehensive compliance policies, processes, and operational mechanisms that align with global best practices and local regulatory requirements.
- Strategically integrate compliance requirements into all facets of ICT business operations, including sales strategies, project delivery, procurement processes, and government relations.
- Proactively identify, thoroughly assess, and effectively mitigate compliance risks across the organization, supporting robust and sustainable business growth.
- Strengthen and consistently maintain the organization's compliance accountability framework, fostering a culture of responsibility and ethical conduct.
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who meets the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in compliance, legal, contract & commercial management, quality operations, or broader business management.
- A solid understanding of ICT business operations and telecommunications infrastructure will be considered a significant advantage.
- Prior experience in multinational corporations, the telecommunications industry, or large Nigerian enterprises is highly preferred, demonstrating adaptability and exposure to complex environments.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and proven expertise in stakeholder management.
