About the Role

In this critical capacity, you will serve as the eyes and ears of our security and operations infrastructure. You will be responsible for the health, uptime, and real-time monitoring of a massive surveillance network comprising over 1,000 camera feeds. We are looking for an individual who thrives under pressure and can manage complex technical environments with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring Excellence: Oversee 1,000+ live feeds across multiple plant locations (OCP, ICP, BCP) during 12-hour shift cycles.
Incident Response: Utilize advanced analytics and surveillance tools to detect, verify, and respond to incidents in real-time.
Technical Oversight: Troubleshoot surveillance infrastructure issues and drive rapid resolution by coordinating with IT departments and external vendors.
Operational Leadership: Delegate shift tasks effectively, ensuring that all protocols and data security standards are strictly enforced.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between field agencies, internal management, and technical support teams.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A degree in Science or a related technical discipline.
2–5 years of proven experience in Command Center Operations, Network Operations, or related surveillance environments.
Proficiency with modern surveillance software and technical diagnostic tools.
The ability to remain calm, decisive, and communicative in high-pressure, high-stakes situations.
A strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and organizational standards.
