Key Responsibilities

Provide overarching clinical and strategic leadership for the hospital's medical services.
Collaborate with executive management to ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee departmental heads, clinical operations, and medical training programs.
Drive continuous improvement in clinical governance, resource utilization, and inter-departmental collaboration.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a Fellow of not less than five years from the West African College of Surgeons/Physicians or the National Post Graduate College of Nigeria (NPMCN) in any medical discipline.
Must have previously served as a Head of Department for a Medical Unit in a recognized hospital or institution.
Must possess a clean professional record with no history of professional misconduct or criminal convictions.
Must be duly licensed by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) with a current practicing license.
Demonstrated proficiency in administrative, leadership, and interpersonal skills will be a strong added advantage.
